Pantibiotic refills use a unique one-way honeycomb sponge and moisture-wicking mesh to deliver live freeze-dried lactobacilli directly to the vulva. It is a mess-free application, thanks to its innovative design that makes it as simple as wearing a pair of underwear. When the lactobacilli comes into contact with body temperature and moisture, they help maintain a balanced and healthy vaginal environment by rebalancing the amount of “good” bacteria in the vagina.

 

Insert the refill into the Pantibiotic panty for five days for eight hours daily.

The first thing that helped me

I have been having discharge on and off for the past few years and nothing has helped :( Some antibiotics have even made it worse. This is the first thing that has helped. My discharge is not completely gone, but I am going to do another round of refills and will update this review.
