After three decades of struggling with chronic BV and UTIs, I finally found a solution that doesn't involve antibiotics, gastrointestinal side effects, and follow-on yeast infections. Despite some initial doubts, I decided to try Pantibiotics and found the underwear and sponge to be both comfortable and easy to use. More importantly, within days, the irritation and itching had improved, and by the end of the five day course, I was the most comfortable I'd been in years. I usually dont give any review for a product that I bought from Amazon. But I have to say that this product pantibiotic is really a real deal. I checked my ph balance and it was 5.5 which is abnormal but then after I finished wearing the pantibiotic for 5 days, 2 days after I rechecked my ph balance and I am happy to say that it came back 4 and it’s normal. Thank you for the doctors who created this product.

My doctor suggested this after months of failed bv treatments. This product in combination with antibiotic gel finally did the trick! At least I think it did.. I have not been retested but my symptoms are at least gone !

This is my second order with Pantibiotic and I have seen a noticeable difference. My symptoms completely went away after the first 5 day application. They came back 2 months later and I purchased a refill and tried it again. I have been symptom free since and it's been 3 months. Hoping it stays that way!
I was using an antibiotic and noticed a change in my ph levels as well as a thicker discharge. I started using the panti-biotic and noticed a difference the 2nd day of using it. No more chemical smell from the antibiotics and back to normal. The panties are comfortable and the awesome part is you can reuse them once you're out you just get the refills for next time. Comfortable wear and no issues with the powder probiotic. I recommend dumping the rest of the powder onto the sponge to get the most use. I love the concept of a natural way to balance and help with issues down there. It was effective for me and easy to do. You just wear them all day instead of remembering to take a medicine. Definitely will be using again!!!

I initially purchased this product to help with BV and it worked wonders! However, I found it was most impressive for my mother who has suffered with UTIs for years. She used this product one time and has not had a UTI in 3 months. She was also able to stop taking antibiotics. I could not believe it. I’m so grateful! Would recommend this product to anyone that’s struggling with UTIs or BV!!!
A friend suggested I try this because I have had a long and hard battle with vaginal microbiome balance. I've used it for a few things. First of all, I get a yeast infection when I tak antibiotics. I wore this while taking an antibiotic and for the first time EVER I didn't get one. Then I tried it for BV a few months later and by day 3 my symptoms were gone. Completely gone. I keep refills at home now so if I feel something coming on I can start wearing immediately and don't have to wait for an order. I really love Pantibiotic and I hope this review is helpful to other women struggling. It's a tough journey :(
